Brad & Jessica Goff - Founders and Owners of Critter Concierge Inc.

We have both been animal lovers all of our lives.

Jessica has been an avid animal lover her entire life. She was born in East Chicago but moved to Texas when she was only 2 years old. She learned to walk using the cats tail as her guide. She has had either a cat or dog and often both (and several of each) virtually her entire life. She is truly a happier person when she has an animal to cuddle with. Jessica is a trained instructor for Pet First Aid and CPR.

Brad was born and raised in Southern Oklahoma. He grew up with dogs, horses, cows and a variety of other animals. He raised show sheep and was reserve grand champion two years in a row. When he was very young his parents bred Siberian Huskies.

We began our journey as business owners with the goal of keeping pet ownership hassle free in 2003. We wanted to provide services that were high quality, dependable and affordable. And we believe we have attained our goals.

We have lived in McKinney since 2004 and in the general vicinity since 2000. We have two children who attend school within the Frisco ISD, and 2 dogs and a cat.

When you entrust us with your pets we will love them as our own.

  Alan - Critter Service Representative

Alan was born and raised in London, England. After graduation, he worked primarily as a book keeper for various companies including The B.B.C and British Steel. While with British Steel he was afforded the opportunity to travel to various parts of the world. Because of his interest in animals his dream vacation was to go to the Safari in Africa. In 1985 - 1986 he was able to fulfill his dream and spent almost 3 months in Africa, most of his time was spent "in the bush" on Safari.

In 1991 while working for American Airlines in England, he traveled to Dallas for a training program. It was there he met his wife Diana (Jessica's Mother). Six months later his contract with American Airlines ended and he decided to make the biggest change of his life and move to the United States and marry Diana (Yes he has been Jessica's stepfather for the last 19 years)

Alan says that he never dreamed that he would end up working with Jessica and taking care of animals; however, he is certainly glad that he has. Alan says "This job is so fulfilling in so many ways. It's a great feeling to know how much the pets we care for have a better quality of life because of the love and care we provide for them."
  Laura  - Critter Service Representative

Laura was born in McKinney and has been a resident of Collin County her entire life.

She has been surrounded by animals for as long as she can remember. She began playing pet hospital, at age 4, using the family dog, hamsters, and fish as her patients. Her family moved from McKinney to Allen just before she turned 5.

Over the last 4 decades, she has cared for a variety of furry, feathery, and scaly family members. Many breeds of dogs have lived out their lives with her. They’ve ranged from the smaller ones such as; Yorkshire Terrier and Mini Pincher to the grand ones such as; Great Dane, Greyhound, and Neapolitan Mastiff.

After high school, and a couple of decades working in the corporate world, her career took a turn to the wild side. Working with animals
came natural to her and while working as a Kennel Technician, she completed a course in Animal Science and began working closely with the Veterinarians. She assisted during surgeries and kept a close eye on all the patients in her care.

In 1997, her Mother was diagnosed with an advanced stage of cancer and began radiation treatments.. This did save her life, but the treatments also rendered her handicap. After giving birth to her daughter in 1997, Laura decided to become a full time Mom and caregiver to her Mother.

Her family later decided to open their home to retired greyhounds. Her home has become the home for many Senior aged and handicap dogs; these are the ones that seldom find homes. Laura says, “Their lives are usually short, but we make sure they are loved, cared for, and comfortable while they are with us.“ Laura also has a passion and love for Turtles.

Laura has experience with Dogs, Cats, Turtles, Ferrets, Guinea Pigs, Hamsters, Small Mice and Rats. Laura says, “My home has become a Zoo and I wouldn’t have it any other way”
