Q. Why hire us?

A. We provide a professional, dependable, quality and valuable service. When you are away from your pets the last thing you want to do is worry that they are being taken care of properly. We are bonded and insured for your protection. We offer services that make your life easier and keep our promise of keeping pet ownership hassle free. We provide a comprehensive consultation to gather all your specific requirements and expectations. Our staff is trained in Pet CPR and safety to properly handle any emergency.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 Q. Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?

Our success depends on satisfied customers with repeat business. We want every client satisfied with their service and providing referrals to us. If you are not satisfied please contact us within 24 hours of service and we will do our best to make it right. 

Pet waste removal (pooper scooper service) we gurantee service if the yard properly maintained. Grass should be kept short no more than 7 to 10 days of growth. Leaves must be raked on a regular basis, we can not scoop what we can not see. Yard should be kept free of other debris as well. Should it snow/sleet we may reschedule if more than 20% of the yard is covered. Should you be on vacation or otherwise prefer to skip a normally scheduled visit please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

 

 Q. What services do you offer?

A. We offer many services including but not limited to Pet Sitting, Dog Walking, Potty Breaks, Pet Waste Removal and disposal (Pooper Scooper Service), Home sitting and lock out service.  As part of our pet and home sitting services we can also water plants, bring in the mail, take out the trash and provide you daily updates as to your pets or home well being.

Did you know that one of the major concerns with pet waste is the storm water runoff? If your pets waste is not picked up on a regular basis, when it rains it can be carried away into the storm drains, which run into your local streams, rivers and lakes causing additonal bateria and water pollution. Q. Do I have to sign a long term contract?

A. There are NO Contracts to sign. For our Pet Sitting and Dog Walking Clients there is a comprehensive information sheet and detailed payment requirements.  For our Pet Waste Removal Clients we  have an agreement to pay that is required to be signed during your first service; however, you can cancel service at anytime. We do request a 48 hour notice  to cancel service for pet sitting, dog walking  and pet waste removal so we can re work our scheduled routes. If you just need to skip a visit we request as much notice as possible with a minimum of 2 hours to avoid being charged.

Q. Do you work year round?

A. Yes, we  work year and will keep your pets well taken care of and keep your yard clean year round. If we by chance have snow or ice we will keep pet sitting visits but we do request that we work together to have an emergency plan in place for severe weather conditions and roads are inpassable. We may re-schedule your normal day for pet waste removal service if there is snow are ice and we can not see the dog waste to scoop. We will also re-schedule your normal weekly visit to observe Holidays for pet waste removal service. We do offer pet sitting for holidays.

Q. What do you do with the Pet Waste?

A. Our standard service is to bag and haul the waste from away from your premise. We do offer service where we can double bag and leave it for you to dispose of at a discounted rate.

Q. How often should I have my yard cleaned?

A. That depends on your personal situation. Many customers choose to have their yard cleaned once per week. However, if you have more than one dog you may need two or more visits per week. You may also only need service every other week if you have a small dog. We will gladly work out a schedule that fits your personal needs.

Q. Do I have to be home when you clean my yard?

A. No; however, it is a good idea if you can be there for the first service so we can be introduced to your critters. 

Q. Should I leave my gate unlocked?

A. We will need access to your yard on our scheduled days. We can either provide you with a combination lock or you can provide us with an extra key to your existing lock. It would be your decision to leave the gate unlocked if you so desired. 

Q. Will you work while our dogs are in the yard?

A. We love animals and will work with your dog in the yard. However, if you know that your dog does not like strangers in the yard we would appreciate it if you could be available to meet with us until we are no longer a threat to them.

Q. Do you have a referral program?

A. Yes, we do. We have one of if not the best referral program in the industry. We offer $25 - $50 per referral.  Referrals are paid once the new customer has completed one full month of service. The referral fee is based on the type of service and number of dogs the new customer has. $25.00 is for 1 dog 1 visit per week and goes up from there.

Q. Do you offer any discounts?

A. Yes, we do. Discounts are as follows: 

 

10% discount for trained police or trained rescue dogs

10% discount for trained assistance dogs

 5% discount for Frisco and McKinney ISD employees

 5% discount for Fire and Police Personnel

10% discounts for seniors 65+

10% discount for pre-payment of 6 months

12% discount for pre-payment of 12 months

 

Discounts may not be combined with any other special offer. Only one discount per billing cycle may be applied
